


After some research, I found out that it was fine, the software just wasn't ready for AMD's jelly. I honestly thought I had done something wrong when I saw my idle temps and clocks in CAM. I've been building PC's since the late 90's and I've never seen an issue like this. I know that these chips are brand new, and it'll take a bit for each dev team to get up to date, but I think AMD should've mentioned something about this.

My CPU temps are consistently shown as 20c+ higher than they actually are, and frequencies are being shown at a constant boost, even though Ryzen Master shows that they aren't. I've also noticed that there is an issue with sensor info in NZXT's CAM software. Hopefully MSI will address this issue sooner than later, or maybe AMD will allow us to import sensor data from Ryzen Master into Afterburner. The CPU temp I get from HWinfo is in spec with what Ryzen Master shows. You can then add them to your Afterburner graph, or into the OSD. The imported settings should be all the way at the bottom. Once you've done this, press okay and go back to the monitoring tab in Afterburner. You have to have both programs open in the background, but they hardly use any resources. For instance, I have Afterburner and HWinfo installed. What I and apparently many other people have done is to install a second hardware monitoring program, and import sensor info from that program to Afterburner.
